FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Do we offer roommate matching?

    At this time, we do NOT offer roommate matching.

  • Do we offer furnished units?

    At this time, we do NOT offer furnished units. All units will come with blinds and all major appliances! 

  • Is there a leasing office onsite?

    Unfortunatley, we do not have a leasing office on site. Our leasing office is located at our sister property, Mag1 Auburn. The address is 644 W Magnolia Ave. 

  • Do you offer tours?

    Yes we offer tours on a scheduling system. You must call or email us to schedule a tour! 

  • How long are the leases?

    Our standard leases run from August 12th- July 27th of the following year!

  • How can we pay rent?

    Rent can be paid by using our online portal system. We do not accept paper/in office payments! You can find the online link on our homepage at the top or download the app! The app is called Online Portal by Appfolio!

  • Do we allow pets?

    We do allow your furry friends! We have a few restrictions, though. For dogs they must be at least a year of age and UNDER 80 lbs. There is a one time non-refundable pet fee of $300, and $25 a month pet rent. If you are living with a roommate, make sure they are willing to sign for the pet. We only accept a certain number of pets each year. Please seek approval when you sign your lease to guarantee your pet's spot.

  • How does mail delivery work?

    We have a mailbox area at the front of the property. Each unit will be given a mailbox key. Small paper bills/packages will be put in your mailbox. All other pacakges will be placed at your front door!

  • What utilities are included?

    Water, Cable, Wifi Service, Trash, and Pest Control are all included. Power must be set up and paid directly through Alabama Power.

  • Do we have a pool?

    Yes! Our pool area was newly renovated in 2023 with new pool furniture! 

  • How does parking work?

    Each resident is given a hangtag at move in. The hang tag will need to be visible at all times on the property. We do offer some guest spots around the property as a first come, frist serve basis. Towing is from 11pm-8am daily. On home football weekends, towing is from 11pm on Fridaythrough 8am on Sunday morning! 

  • Do we have emergency maintenance?

    We have a maintenance tech that is at the property everyday. We also have an after hours emergency answering serive. If you call the office number after hours it will be answered by them! If it is a true emergency, they will dispatch one of the maintenance techs to your unit! All maintenance problems, both emergency or not, will need to be submitted in the online portal work order section!
